Falls du Interesse hast, melde dich! Aufgrund der hohen Vorgaben des Vermieters ist allerdings ein voriges Treffen in einer Bar oder einem Restaurant nötig um zu schauen, ob man sich einigermassen versteht und verträgt. Das heisst , wenn sie vor Ort sind und erstmal im Hostel ein paar Tage übernachten, kann in dieser Zeit ein Treffen organisiert werden um zu klären , ob ein zusammenziehen von Erfolg gekrönt sein wird.
Leider haben es einige untermieter in den letzten Jahren übest übertrieben weswegen der Vermieter hohe Hürden gesetzt hat

Altbau typisch sind die Decken recht hoch, wodurch das Zimmer noch geräumiger wirkt.
Küche und Bad werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt. In der Küche stellt uns der Vermieter auch Waschmaschine und Trockner zur Verfügung. Bisher gab es keinen Putzplan; jede*r macht mal n bisschen was und das hat eigentlich immer ganz gut geklappt.
Unsere Lebensmitteln teilen wir uns alle, aber je nachdem wie du dir das wünscht können wir natürlich ein paar Dinge ändern.

Wohnetagen befindet sich ein Badezimmer. Unterhalb der Wohnetagen gibt es mehrere Gemeinschaftszimmer mit einem Zugang zu unserem großen Garten (im Sommer steht dort unser Pool). Es gibt ein großes gemeinschaftliches Wohnzimmer, sowie 2 Küchen. Außerdem haben wir eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner welche kostenlos genutzt werden können.
Die Zimmerpreise variieren je nach Möblierung (optional bis +20€) und m² (ca 200-300€). Die Zimmer haben eine Größe zwischen 14 und 22 m².
Lage:
Die Lage ist für Studenten besonders zu empfehlen! Da das Zimmer in der Altstadt gelegen ist sind Vorlesungen sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit einer Entfernung von 300 m zum Altstadt-Bahnhof ist man auch am Heidelberger-Hauptbahnhof in ca. 5 min angekomm
